Return Policy

At Flat Container Systems, we take pride in providing high-quality storage containers designed for durability, efficiency, and long-term use.

Due to the size and handling requirements of shipping containers and related equipment, returns are limited and conditional. The following return policy applies:

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 48 hours, cancellations may be subject to administrative or restocking fees.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

2. Returns Eligibility

Due to the size, customization, and industrial nature of our products, returns are limited to the following situations:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • The incorrect product was delivered

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Improper assembly or installation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

3. Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Customers must inspect all items at the time of delivery

  • Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 48 hours

  • Photographic evidence is required for all claims

4. Return Process

If your order qualifies:

  2. Provide order number, photos, and description of the issue

  3. Our team will review and provide next steps

Approved returns may result in:

  • Replacement parts

  • Full unit replacement

  • Partial refund (case-by-case)

5. Shipping & Restocking

  • Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 25%)

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to our error or a manufacturing defect

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built or modified containers

  • Assembled units that have been installed or used

  • Clearance or discounted items

7. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection and approval

 

 

We recommend reviewing all specifications carefully before purchasing, as our flat pack containers are designed for specific commercial and industrial applications.
